If you are looking to schedule an appointment for transporting vehicles off our lot, you have come to the right place.
Here are the must knows before you schedule your appointment:
A CONFIRMED appointment is required to transport any vehicle off the yard. Simply scheduling the appointment does not guarantee the appointment. If you show up without a confirmed appointment, you will be turned away. Appointments cannot be confirmed by our office until we have received the required paperwork and releases from the lienholder.
Please be sure to provide a functioning phone number and email address when scheduling your appointment, as this is required to be able to confirm the appointment.
All qualifications and scheduling are to be done via the link below. Please be sure to ALWAYS qualify a vehicle (SELECT QUALIFY VIN TAB), and review the release notes before scheduling for pickup, to ensure the unit is authorized for release. The “Verify” tab should only be used after utilizing the “Qualify VIN” tab and confirming the unit is authorized for release since the “Verify” tab is only for scheduling purposes. DO NOT UTILIZE THE “VERIFY” TAB UNLESS THE RELEASE NOTES ARE BLANK, AS RELEASE NOTES BEING BLANK INDICATES UNIT IS AUTHORIZED FOR RELEASE.
All appointment times are exact and must be followed. If you show up outside your appointment time, you may be turned away or forced to wait. If you are unable to upload your BOLs, please email them to lirecovery2398@gmail.com
No loading assistance will be provided by L.I. Recovery staff.
TRANSPORTERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
The unit will be picked up by a Professional Company that meets all insurance and licensing requirements. Units WILL NOT leave our lot being pulled by a personal vehicle and trailer. Transporter MUST have a company truck (wrecker/rollback/hauler) and/or have COMMERCIAL registration for truck and trailer, as well as a DOT number.
Provide the name of the transport company and transport driver at the time of scheduling.
The transporter will arrive at our office within 15 min of the appointment time. ***DRIVER MUST HAVE AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF BOL AND A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE ***
Transporters MUST contact us at least an hour before the appointment time to notify us if they need to cancel the scheduled appointment. If we are not notified at least an hour before the scheduled appointment, a $50 restocking fee will be assessed.
We do not require an hour-out call; we only require at least an hour’s notice if you cannot make your appointment.
NO TRANSPORTERS ARE ALLOWED TO DRIVE UNITS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE LIEN HOLDER.
