If you are looking to schedule an appointment to redeem either your personal property or vehicle, you have come to the right place.
Here are the must knows before you schedule your appointment:
A CONFIRMED appointment is required to retrieve your personal property or vehicle. Simply scheduling the appointment does not guarantee the appointment. If you show up without a confirmed appointment, you will be turned away. Appointments cannot be confirmed by our office until we have received the required paperwork and releases from the lienholder. This can take several hours up to several days.
Please be sure to provide a functioning phone number and email address when scheduling your appointment, as this is required to be able to confirm the appointment.
When you arrive at the facility, park up top in front of the office and call the number on the door and someone will be out to assist you shortly. Please have your government-issued photo ID ready.
Only the borrower/co-signer can be given information about the vehicle or property and they are the only ones allowed to retrieve the vehicle or property. Should someone else be required to speak on the vehicle or gain access to the property or vehicle, a 3rd party release must be sent to our office from the lienholder.
Any fees due at the time of redemption must be paid in full, with exact change, and in cash ONLY.
Any non-factory equipment that is hard-wired or bolted in will not be removed from the vehicle. IE, stereo systems, rims, cameras, toolboxes, etc.
All hazardous, illegal, liquids will not be returned to the customer.
